A fella I worked with got his wedding band and a wrench across a 12V battery. Almost lost the finger.

Put that sawzall right into the battery and get a downright jolting experience!

Not sure about the jolt, but a damaged battery on a Tesla will burn - white hot!

I've seen what a metallic watch strap can do to a wrist that probed blindly under the dash of an aircraft.

On that aircraft master was left on in order to trouble shoot but under most dashes it is a very busy place.

Update… 4 marked San Francisco Police Vehicle Catalytic Converters stolen this week…

Bold enough to steal off police cars doesn’t bode well for the general population.

Not something I worry about. Said before, if a perp can get under my focus and cut it off, more power to them. Sits so low you cannot even get your head under it and it isn't parked in a parking lot very long anyway. Now, my wife's Suburban is another story.

Maybe, but not likely in a parking lot. Perps don't roll around floor jacks as a rule.
