Be sure to get the Re-enforced top plate bracket installed for the top link if you are going with a 3 pt. set-up.

Thanks BB. That gives me an idea of what I'm in for. I'm dropping my tractor off first thing tomorrow morning. I hope to have it back by Friday. I will post some pics when I get her back.

I got the hoe installed and back to my house. I started with digging a hole in the garden to get used to the controls. I'm already seeing that the uses are limitless.

Very nice. I have a couple of questions for the backhoe owners.

L2800 / L3400 with R4 Tires and BH75's :

When the backhoe is in transport position what is the height from the ground to top of backhoe? I was wondering if it would fit in the garage without having to adjust the hoe every time one goes in and out of the garage. My garage opening is a little over 80".

I am trying to decide between a B7800 with Woods BH70X or a L2800 / L3400 with a Kubota BH75 or Woods BH80X. I am not sure I like the idea of having to adjust the hoe everytime going in and out of the garage, but I like the idea of the larger frame tractor. Does anyone store their L2800 / L3400 in a standard garage? Would appreciate any comments.

Thanks

Mine is garage kept. My opening is 82" and clear it just fine with about 6-8" to spare. I do have to fold the ROPS though.

Thanks MDM.

I hope you get your answers with regard to your backhoe concerns in the other post. Please let us know what your dealer says.

Could someone post a pic of their BH75 mounted on a 2800/3400?

I have a few pictures of my B26. You can see the four pins and there receivers. I am no sure but I believe you won't be able to attach a MMM due to sub-frame.
