BH 92 Problems

Better to have a snug fit, one might think. It might free up with some use, although I have one loader pin that needs a few taps to go in, even now after 8 years.

True!

I have the bh65 on my 2620 and the first few times I detached it I had to really work the pins. Now that I have a few hours on it and have taken it on/off many times it is a snap. Some folks have ground the pins down a bit so that they fit in more easily.
I made a dolly out of some old pine and wheels and that really helps to align the pins so that installation is but a minute or so.....good luck on getting your bh fixed up.

I know this isn't the issue with the OP's machine, but both of my B series had at least one of the 2 pins being a bit too snug and very difficult to install/remove. Taking the paint off the inside of the hole helped, and sometimes I have to install one pin, and then either try to raise the hoe higher or drop it just a tad to get the other side in. Have to figure the jigs get a bit out of whack every so often when they're building the frames and the reinforcements are welded on just a bit off from frame to frame.
