All the BH pics and BH talk has me ready to get off my behind and see about getting one. I have a list of jobs (mainly trees and stumps) on the to do someday list, and the list just keep growing.
What options do I have for a L3010 (HST & R4's if that makes a difference). What is the biggest one I could run?

BH dummy here so take it easy on me.

I've never heard of a Japenese Mastiff. Sounds interesting. Post a pic or two if you can.

I'm interested. Where bouts are you?

I"ve read more that the Bradco 509 might work, I'm not at all familiar with the 3375. I did notice one poster on here said he had the Bradco 3375 with a sub frame on his tractor. I'd prefer sub frame if I can swing the price.
Can you post a pic of the 3375?

Thanks,

Thanks for the reply. If you click on the link at the bottom of my first post it'll show the 3375. Call 518-861-7141 and ask for Lisa if you have any other questions. I just got off the phone with her and she said your 3010 is on the list that the Bradco will fit.......long as you don't have the cab!!!

I'm in Vegas and I had it shipped from Bradco direct. Pretty sure they're in Iowa and the shipping was around $500. I can get the hoe to the same trucking company if we come to an agreement.

Here's a link to the Japanese Mastiff/Tosa Inu (not my dog but very similar in appearance)

Absolutely the greatest dog I've ever had!!

Call me if you have any more ??? Jack@702-373-8755

Wow, awesome pics. You can sure see the resemblance between Japanese Mastiff and G. Danes. How much does yours weigh?
Reilly is just nine months old and only weighs 80lbs. So thin. I think she'll start filling out soon. She is 30 inches tall at her front shoulders.

I going to keep looking at the various backhoe offerings. I'd prefer sub frame mount if I can afford it.
I still don't know whether I want to use the tractors hydraulics or not for the backhoe ...I'd like to hear what other L3010 owners have done for theirs.

Thanks,

Lucky is 5 years old and getting a sake gut /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif He weighs about 130#'s. I'd like him to be around 115 or so. Very athletic dog, looks a lot like the first dog on the left in that link.

People on this board were advising me on using a subframe for the BH.........again, it wouldn't work with the cab model, the doors wouldn't open.

So anyway, Bradco makes a subframe for the 3375. Check it all out. I will lose some money on this deal so I can move on.

It wouldn't hurt to check out Rhino backhoes.
I have a Rhino 85 w/subframe (8 1/2' digging detph, 11' reach), with an 18" and 36" bucket.. I've had it 2 or 3 years now, use it a lot. Works great and I got it for a very good price.

I've read that Bradco is a top of the line backhoe manufactorer, but I had not even heard of Rhino, at least for backhoes.
I'll be checking on Kubota's sub frame mounted hoes and compare everything else to that. From the Kubota site they list a 4690 which I think is 3ph mount and they listed a 50xx model that I can't remember the number of (nor can I find it again on there site, i just looked). Guessing that is a sub frame mount, but does Kubota still sell them?

LvKubota, I'll keep your 3375 in mind and check out the sub frame mount option for it, just wish it were orange. Who'd have thought I'd ever care about color coordination on my tractor? Guess I got it bad (tractoritiss).

Dude, 100% with you on the color thang!!! But black does coordinate well with my shoes and the at LEAST $1500 price diff made me color blind. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Stopped by a Kubota store today.
He had a Bradco 3ph model. It would dig 7'. He would sell it as it was shipped to him (on the pallet) for 3995. Sounded good, but I'm not comfortable setting it up ....is it hard to do?

If I can swig it I'll go with a subframe model. Kubota does not make a sub frame BH for the L3010. The Bradco 408 would run me 8k for everything. More than I expected ..but is that a resonable price? Anyone have a 408?

Thanks,
