If they are around 3 ton units with furnace . They are in the ball park. There is alot work to be done ( in most cases) to replace your old units with the higher efficiency units That are now mandated. If your duct work is in a crawl space & you have duct board . Pay xtra for metal duct if you can get it. . If on nat gas & you are replacing furnaces go with a 90+ ( 93 - 96 % ) efficienty unit . Standard efficienty is around 80% . Also like I advised go ahead & purchase the 410 units..... If you intend to stay there all this will be worth the investment....Are the deals are like the large companies send out down here ?? Something like this >>>.Example>>>>WINTER SPECIAL >> we'll give you a FREE FURNACE with the purchase of one of our premium A/C units HA ! HA !
Summer special - we'll give you a FREE A/C with the purchase of a premium Furnace..
Look out folkes . If sounds too good to be true . Well you know the story
Are you like the song ?? If it weren't for bad luck I'd have no luck at all gloom despair & agony on me
Just kiddin, I feel that way sometimes myself
Good luck to you
