Basically an e- z out for removing a broken 2 inch pipe or nipple in a coupling.

This is the type of pipe extractor that I have for smaller pipe:

They work good because the harder you pull on the wrench, more force is applied to the inside of the pipe.

Re: Big Barn痴 Retirement Farm Shop

Unfortunately I believe DIYers and home shops are a dying breed. The next generation likely won't have the interest or real estate to afford the 'luxury'

No doubt. But there are a few outliers.

My son bought his house 5 years ago (he's currently 31). It had a 2-car garage with 12:12 (or so?) pitch roof with 2-3' knee walls so a decent upstairs storage area. Also, a (and I'm guessing here) roughly 24' x 40' shed/garage building - it has (2) approx 10' wide openings and (1) 14-16' opening with an OHD. He added a lean-to off the side of the garage for his snowblower mounted lawn tractor and walk-behind mower (seasonal dependent...). He and his wife park their daily drivers in the garage (gasp!) and in the shed he has his on/off-road motorcycle, snowmobile, small aluminum boat, 1960 pickup (under renovation), a small mill and lathe, a 2-burner forge and probably a few other assorted things.

We just got a new drone and he was playing with it tonight. Here's a pic of his modest spread (he only has about 2 acres).View attachment IMG_6709.jpeg

That's a nice place your son has.
