I think you may have missed where he was going. Knowing you it will be a long time before you understand.

I used a center disc from an old Case farm tractor wheel to make this dual pedal foot switch base for the hydraulic lift table.

here it is in storage mode for clean up or when the table needs to be repositioned…

the switch is secure, but slides out of the base easily (without the use of fasteners) if necessary

Mr. Terry, are you doing OK?

You deserve to take a break 👍

This post is my small contribution to the Big Barn thread.

File it under: Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery!

Picked up a $20 treasure at an Amish auction, but don't think it was Amish owned...it has hard rubber wheels

Wish I had a before pic. It was a mix of ugly utility gray paint, rust and spider webs.

But it cleaned up pretty well following Terry's Big Barn protocol for restoring old tools.

At some point, it was an industrial cart, heavily built, welded and solid. Actually thought of Terry as I was bidding...(Now, how would Terry modify it?)!

It's a mobile project cart for now, but hope it will work as a basic welding table in the near future...
