Bird Has Passed Away

I think WroughtNHarv moved on to spend more time with his wife. I believe she had a cancer diagnosis, and they were "living like they were dying", spending as much time together and trying to experience all the joys of life.
I kind of remember that. There have though, been a number of "Harv's" over the years. HARV lived just south of me in the Ca Gold Country. He's the one who made the Christmas tractor animation.

Wroutghtharv and I are still friends. Had a long phone call with him last week. He and Glenda are doing good. Just moved into a Barndominion that they built first of the year.
Harv with Christmas cartoon is a different person.

That makes me so happy to hear that!

I recall 'Cowboy Doc'. If I'm correct, he was an ER physician. His (daughter I think) did some kind of competitive rodeo where she rode a horse around barrels or maybe lassoed something. Heck, she's probably got grandkids by now lol.

I discovered this site as I was looking for a Kubota. Wife essentially said nothing doing. (how silly is that.... surrounded by 100+ acres of fields, we're building house, a loader & backhoe, boxblade would come in mighty handy)

Essentially bugged her to death, she finally gave in and said to shut up and just go buy the backhoe her brother was selling. Turns out it was the JCB industrial and digs 15 1/2' deep. Then bought my 'lawn mower', the International 1066. I would have settled for something like an "L" series, maybe 30/40 hp. Getting something larger never crossed my mind, now I can't fathom having something smaller.

I've always been very impressed with the library of knowledge this site has.

You are all awesome. If we ever get perplexed with something, one of the first things she'll say is for to go ask my tractor buddies.....

I think the Doc had two daughters, as I recall.
