Bit it.....

I did not mean to offend anybody by my post and it is obvious that I have. I am very good friends with a couple dealers around here and I give them all my business because of how well they treat me, I did not say anything about your purchase specifically only that I thought $23k was expensive for that size tractor. I have said in my previous post that that was the reason I have posted. I looked at it like this for 2k more you would have a tractor 20 hp stronger that can far outwork the TC 40d. I guess I figured the TC range would have topped off at the $21k. I am truly sorry if I offended you or diminished your purchase in any way as it was sincerly not my intent. Take care now.

Need I say more?

Must wait a bit longer for the rear blade, but all of the remotes are in, and, in any case, the birthday present should always arrive on time!

And now, I'm off to the owner's board, where I should belong.

Doc, I agree, with your statements. I hate it when folks dwell on prices and ask what you payed for something. Whats a few bucks more amortized over the years. If what makes you sing is getting the rock bottom price then fine, but he is getting a well developed tractor here. The 3 remotes are worth a fortune in material, time spent installing, and the function they will provide. Best of times with your new tractor. Rat...

Gentleman:

Sorry about the dual nonsensical posts: my camera software wants to do .JPG's, or real big .BMP's, and I thought I'd shortstopped the whole mess.
So it goes...

Ah well, you guys already know the tractor, so there wasn't really any point in sending the photo anyway.
Except, of course, that this one is mine!

Having bought the tool, I now get to figure out how to make the best use of it, since it appears that it's daddy or nothing in the teaching role.
Nothing like a challenge to make life interesting!
As long as I break neither the machine, or myself.

Thanks, again for the help from all, and, as noted, I'll be tracking the board.
Maybe I'll have something of note to say in the future...

In the meantime, I'm out to play in the dirt 'till it gets dark
