Well, i bought a few things for the wife for Christmas. Then i went and bought myself a tractor. Not a new tractor..... but new to me. Kubota B2400 with 180hrs, front blower, and York rotary broom. Now i need a loader for christmas !!!!! In case any of you want to shop early for me..... its the LA 352 i'd like !!!!

What the heck is Turntable.

I can tell that you know what it is, however there are some people out there that would have no idea what one is. It will not get used much, but there are some old tunes out there that one would listen to on occasion that do not show up on the oldies station. It also has a CD player, radio and a cassette player. For $72, if it works, I will be happy. Now the package did say CD player and cassette, what are these?

Got the wife one of these for an Anniversary/Christmas present, of course I'll have to come up with something for under the tree, she likes little boxes.

I have never gone shopping on Black Friday; afraid I'd get run over by the stampede of women shopping for bargains. And it would take a real bargain for me to stand in line very long.

But this year I didn't have to worry about it anyway. I had a sore throat start Monday evening, got worse that night, went to the doctor Tuesday, got a prescription for it, but it's continued to get worse. I think it's just a head cold, but as bad a one as I ever had and certainly worse than I can remember in many years. Everyone said I sounded bad yesterday, but I didn't lose my voice until about the time they were all leaving yesterday evening. So I've done nothing but nap since about 4 p.m. yesterday; can't sleep more than an hour without waking up to blow my nose again, and back and forth all night and all day between the bed and my recliner. Coughing even hurts my ribs now. However, I guess I can't really complain because I'm not in any serious pain; just major discomfort.

I went saturday and got a new HP printer/scanner/copier. $48 bucks at wallyworld. Got it home, it wouldn't install on my computer , Mellinium edition. Had to hook it up to my sons Vista edition. Oh, well, he's happy, and I can still use it.

Yep, went to the doctor again Tuesday and he thought there was a good chance I'd make a full recovery. So yesterday, I even got out and put the Christmas lights around the eaves and on the shrubs in front. I'm still the best customer Kleenex has, but otherwise, I'm doing OK.
