My Ford 3550 3 Cyl diesel has what looks to be a factory block heater, but the plug is missing. Any idea where I can buy one?

That’s a very good question, hopefully someone has a helpful answer for you

Looks like it has some raised manufacture info on the part that seals the plug to the block. I'd go after it with a brush and some fuel to see if any info appears.

Looks like a typical "automotive block heater" plug to me.

Check KAT's

Before buying a standard cord for that heater I would check the continuity of the element with an ohmmeter. There may be a good reason the cord is no longer present.

Messick's. Doesn't look like the cord is available separate for that model.

Do you have any auto re-cyclers around your area ? If so, you might be able to buy one cheap, after you remove it from the exact same block heater.
