Block or frezz plug

I have a TC35D with the plug leaking on the side of the fuel filter. Can anyone tell me about replaceing it, how to do it, how hard is it to do, and what type to put back in its place. Thansk

If it is on the fuel filter it is a burst disk designed to control and relieve excess pressure.
This disk is press fit. You will need to find out from the manufacturer has designed the disk to be replaced.
