bobcat 225

new to the cut thing. Have a deal in place for a ct225 with fel, hyd valve, 7ft backhoe with 12 inch bucket. brush guard, suspension seat,for 18k including tax and delivery. Anyone know if its a "good" deal?

I got a CT230 with loader for $10400.00 and I was quoted $5800.00 and change for the hoe. Mounting kit, rear hyd valve and bucket was extra. I think all the extras were around $1500.00. $10400.00 + $7300.00= $17700.00 for the 230. I was quotes $9600.00 for the 225 so $9600 + $7300.00= $16900.00. I think $18000.00 is a little on the high side if you are getting the rebate and free loader.

ck to the dealer in connecticut today. I ended up with the ct225 with loader,7tl hoe, full suspension seat, bob tach quick disconnect, and tooth bar,along with added lines to use the bobtach with other front attachments(plumbed)
Got it for 17,700. did i do ok?

if you think you did ok thats all that matters, none of us are paying the bills. and if you are happy with the tractor and it fits your needs and wallet whats the difference

yea good point...im estatic, now i cant wait for delevery. My project list is getting longer by the day

sounds good to me . I just brought my new 235 home with loader for $12,322. It was supposed to be a 225 for $11322 but they put my loader on the wrong tractor so I paid $1000 more for the 235. I don,t know if I got the better deal with that or not. I do know Bobcats are made by KIoti and KIotis stack up against all other machines real well. I also know after musch searching the Bobcats are always cheaper right now.

By the way I don"t know what it,s worth but the rear hydraulics and the mid mount PTO were already on the tractor.
