Bobcat 4045 HST, pto no neutral?

It's silly that these higher tier machines with electric PTO lack a means to freewheel the shaft when my more basic machine can.

Thanks.. I tried moving it with a plumbers wrench but it does not move, there is actually a BRAKE in place.. it was designed like that, which makes no sense.. if you are oging to put a brake, put a release .. but NOO.. these idiots could not think of that .
