Flail Mower Bobcat 79" Flail

I'm wondering if the Bobcat 79" Flail would be the way to go for high grass and brush. I'm thinking it might do a better job on grass than rotary cutters.

I don't know if it will do a "better" job than a RM but it does take less HP per foot of mower.

I don't thing the flail would be better than a "mower" for cutting grass, but I think it might be better than a rotary "cutter" on tall weeds and brush.
