Bobcat 863 Skid Steer
I'm trying to replace a leaking high pressure hyd hose on this machine's hydrostatic cooler. I can't get the fittings to break loose using standard wrenches. Anyone have any suggestions for getting hyd hose fittings to break loose? There is very limited space in which to work and wondered if there are special wrenches/tools (other than a flare nut crowfoot) that anyone is aware of? Any tips on getting these connections to break loose are welcome. One of the fittings is at the oil cooler inlet and I'm afraid of breaking it from the cooler tube. Really could use some advice from someone having experience with this machine/problem.

For those stubborn hydraulic fittings, try soaking them with penetrating oil like WD-40 first. If that doesn’t work, gently apply heat around the fitting to help loosen it. You might also need a specialized hydraulic line wrench set or gear wrench for tight spaces. Just be careful not to damage the cooler or fittings. The link below gives the Bobcat 863 specs correctly.
