Bobcat CT120 As a Lawn Mower?

I know someone who might sell their Bobcat CT120. Are any of you using this model or the similar CT122 as a Lawn Mower with a belly mower?

We currently cut our 2 1/2 acre lawn with a Toro Wheel Horse 522xi tractor/mower. My wife is very fond of the Wheel Horse and will not consider a zero turn. However, she would consider the Bobcat "because it has a steering wheel".

I know the Bobcats are heavy and this machine has R4 tires NOT turfs.

Thoughts/opinions?

I use my CT122 with a rear mower right now, but plan on getting a belly mower next cutting season. The only thing that I don't like about it is that the mower is physically small for the size of the tractor. If I remember correctly it's a 54" cut, where you can run a 60" rear mower just fine. The actual tractor turns quite sharply and I haven't noticed too much compaction, even with loaded rear tires. If you are getting a good deal on it I'd say go for it! I have nothing but good things to say about my tractor
