Compare the price of that CT122 with something that can actually compete with it like a B2320 or other B-series tractor. Then you will see the Bobcat will be the cheaper of the two yet have equal or higher capacities AND a better warranty.

Now you've got me taking a 99th. look. I had thought I wasn't confused anymore. Need to make the right decision as all of them cost a lot of money. And thanks, advice from someone with some experience is what I'm here for.

I don't have any doubt the BX is a fine SCUT. I'd love to have a BX TLB in my stable. The point that those of us who are disputing the OP's assertions are making in general is that the BX series is simply not an apples to apples comparitor for the CT122 or it's Kioti cousin the CK20S. Just look at the specifications such as weight, lift capacity for both 3PT and loader and park one next to the other. It becomes very clear what a big difference there is. I don't like the somewhat derisive term of lawnmower for the BX as it clearly is more than that but it is not a CUT and the CK20/CT122 is.

Perhaps I can add something to help clarify for Cptkiller and others.

The BX series from Kubota and the New Holland 1020 are sub-compacts. Not compacts. Kioti/BobCat do not really have a sub-compact.

The basic CT 122 and it's Kioti sister, should rightly be compared to a B2630 in a Kubota. Both the CT122 and Kubota B2630 are heavier, stronger Compact Tractors, not subcompacts.

The Compact B series from Kubota come in three flavors. I know that's confusing, but the B series Kubota come in 20 series, 30 series, and 00 series. Kubota is a large company and make an enormous number of models, even though they are all "B" Kubotas.

Now, to perhaps clear things up, each Kubota series will offer 2 or 3 horsepower choices, even the BX series.

The Kubota BX and the NH 1020 are subcuts and should not be compared head to head with the much stronger, heavier BobCat/Kioti.
