Bobcat ct2025 rear remotes and 3rd function?

I’m adding the bobcat 3rd function because loader is different but adding kioti rear remotes since they are the same but over $400 cheaper then bobcat. Question should install one before the other or do at the same time? I have the 3rd function already will i have to redo anything if i do one before the other ?
