Bobcat CT2025

   / Bobcat CT2025 #21
Anyone order a tractor recently not on the lot? My dealer just has hydrostatic transmissions on the lot and I want a manual. Salesman’s first response from Bobcat was three months for the tractor. He is making a more direct reach out to his regional person. Closest model on a lot was over 300 miles and since we negotiated a tight deal, shipping would be on me if they even would let it go.

Searching the internet shows other brands can sometimes have similar delays especially in Spring when sales are hot.

Lots of plans for the tractor and anxious to get it working.

Curious if others know of similar wait times for the CT2025 with manual.

Secondary question we (salesman and I) have not discussed is wait time on attachments-rotary mower, tiller, quick attach forks, extra rear hydraulics. Anyone know what the wait time has been on any of those?

Posting here keeps me from bugging my salesman who I trust is doing his best on my behalf.

I ordered one on 5/7 and was told about 3 weeks.
The owners manual should come with the tractor. I’m also getting the shop repair manual thrown in with deal. For repairs after warranty is up.
I’m not paying any shipping costs but am paying cash to get a free loader.
Buy your forks from Titan attachments they are cheaper and free shipping.
I have yet to trust a salesman

Thanks for the reply. If the timeframe can not be shortened a shop service manual may be something I ask for. Forks were only $30 more than the titan ones so I went with the Bobcat.

I trust the salesman is a straight shooter. Since tractors are new to the lineup there is a lot he doesn’t know.

Thanks for posting. I've been getting ready to order a 2035 and my salesman said it'd take two to three weeks for delivery. I'm getting a manual trans, also. They don't have anything by hydro at the dealership. Good idea about the shop repair manual. I'd like that. I haven't settled on my implements. I'm considering the utility grapple.

I was reading about the Koti tractors that are the same as the bobcats but with different model numbers.
There is a post on there saying that the same engine is in the three models that are the equivalent to the bobcat 2025, 2035 etc.
The engines are detuned to lower the horsepower for the 2025 and 2035. The guy even has pictures of what to do to increase HP.
Never heard of such a thing before.

Not sure what to make of it either. I went over to the TractorbyNet Kioti forum, but couldn't find the post. Can you post which one it is? You've got my curiosity.

Thanks

Sales rep called and tractor arriving June 15. Another few days at the dealers then home to the farm.

So waiting for the tractor has me spinning my wheels.

How is the Bobcat CT2025 different from the Kioti CK2610?

-Paint is obvious
-uses a Bobcat FEL and not a Kioti one
-Hood has a slightly different design
-Rubber floor mat and horn are included and not an option

Other than the FEL some fairly trivial differences. Does anyone know of any others? I suspect the wheels may be different and the seat possibly as well, but not sure.

Last time Bobcat sourced tractors from Kioti I read they changed some of the wiring

Want to give this a bump as I知 interested in the major differences between the two as well...

I am waiting on the delivery of my CT2025 the end of March. The only other differences that I observed is that Bobcat doesn't offer the newer hybrid tire tread option and there seems to be a significant difference in overall height to top of ROPS according to the spec sheets. Kioti measurements are with AG tires and Bobcat with Industrial. This amounts to a width difference and 2 extra inches of ground clearance all account to the tire choice. However the Bobcat height to ROPS is 91.5 inches and the Kioti is 99.2 which is a lot more than the 2 inches of ground clearance difference. Significant for those with an 8' garage door.

When did you order? Ordered mine today- I wanted turf tires so they had to order from factory

I ordered January 29th. The dealer was being told 3 to 6 weeks for delivery so it is possible he has it in the shop now. I'm away for work until late March and he will hold it for me and deliver when I get back.

Iove my tractor. It does need some weight added to the tires for ballast

Ordered mine (CT2025 HST) mid Jan. Was supposed to be delivered end of March (in Quebec City, QC, Canada). I’ve been told last week it has been postponed to April. Delay due
to the COVID.

That’s unfortunate, hope you have no further delays. I was just speaking to my dealership and my CT2025 plus two others he sold have just arrived. I’m at sea until near the end of this month, but working at getting everything in place so I can spend my 2 weeks of isolating with my tractor at the building lot. He’s going to drop the tractor at a tire shop to have the wheels loaded for me.

I just ordered a CT2025 HST from Bobcat of Tri Cities in Kitchener, was quoted 1-2 months. I went with turf tires but it was a tough choice.

Anyone know if there's an owners manual online I could see what tools and spares I would need while I wait? Thanks!
