Bobcat S175

I Have a 2005 Bobcat S175, The lift tilt valve light is non stop blinking.
Its throwing a 17- 07 code ( lock valve solenoid open circuit ) I replaced
the solenoid and everything work for 20 minutes or so, then locked the
peddles again. I've disconnected the battery to see if it would reset the
computer and nothing. I have no hand or foot controls. Any ideas, HELP
