So today i went and rented an auger, now i got it hooked up. How ever i am running in to an issue, it only wants to move in reverse. I cant hardly stop it from turning in reverse. I dont know what is going on, i am at my whits end try get this project i am working on done. Do i need to have it in variable flow max flow, the high flow light wont turn on. I dont even know where to start.

I went out and found the serial number 523111362.

I'm not familiar to the T250 but on my 763, I can reverse the aux. hydraulic flow. My 763 has a trigger on the hand control which is a start/stop anda thumb control which can reverse it's direction.

See if this helps.

Your machine may not have high flow. The same panel, swithes, and controls are used on all the machines then when options are added or built into the machine it is programed accordingly. The variable/max selection only works with the right hand thumb switch. When in variable moving the thumb switch to left or right a slight amount starts the flow then increases as move the switch farther, in Max the flow in at full flow when thumb switch is just started to engage. Pulling the front detent trigger gives full flow regardless of variable or max selection. The thumb controls direction the oil flows and the detent locks it in so you do not have to hold the thumb button. You have to have to click, shut off the flow of the trigger to reverse direction.

Figured it out, the switch on the joystick has went bad. I switched the lines on the auger and was able to get my project done. The switch was intermittent, for a while it would reverse then it wouldnt. Also when i disconnected the auger the entire loader would go in to bypass. I think the switch is sticking and or the solenoid valve is sticking.

Sticking solenoid valve is the more common cause of auxiliary staying engaged. A broken retrun spring on the valve spool can also do this. To identify if it one of the solenoid stems, the next time it does this turn the aux button on then move the thumb switch both directions - in 1 direction it won't change in the other the engine will increase RPM and lift and tilt will work properly. When you release the thumb switch to neutral if the symptom comes right back (aux stuck on) then it is one of the solenoid stems. If the problem doesn't immediately return but does when you use aux again it may be a broken retrun spring.

well the entire thing was working fine, after i switched the lines on the auger. Then after a while the reverse wouldnt work. Then the reverse would start working. After i took the auger off, the engine was under a load you could hear it. Then the loader would only go up, and the tilt would only go out not retract. I had to let it sit for a while for it to return to normal.

When the auxiliary is stuck on, by-passing in relief, you will get only cylinder extension movement in the lift and tilt. Loader up & bucket dump, due to equal pressure in the cylinders they will not retract.
