Todays progress shows the rear frame section looking much better. It was rusted in half in one spot. I cut out most of the old steel and welded in new. But there is still some deep pits in spots . 80% of the wiring is missing so i will have to rewire everything too. It had no battery. Even the battery strap was all rust. Also you can see the rear engine hood now cut in half as I will redesign it to fit the new wider wheelbase. I will also build it up and trim the front for clearance when the frame turns not to rub on the back of the seat. Today I am working on the left side panel and left side pair of new lights. I'm guessing one more week until the first test drive with the front blade attached. :dance1:

Todays first photo shows me cutting some 2 in. square tubing to extend the frame 5 in. because of the larger tires. Also the first picture showing the 54in. blade . I decided to build new mounts for this blade I had on the walk behind snowplow last winter. That plow originally started out on one of my jd 455 tractors.

Today the picture shows the muddy , gritty crap still coming out of the gas tank. After five years of moisture inside it wasn't pretty. But each time I shake it with the 30 or so nuts inside with the gas/diesel solution it gets better. The first time it was thick, black goo so I am pleased it is looking much better. :thumbsup:

Today I decided to move to the dash area . The fellows grandson had ripped the switches out and the throttle control was rusted tight . My new design I decided to put in a amp guage. :thumbsup:
