As you can see, the top of the bucket is rolled forward from the back.

And the top of the bucket. I'm thinking welding them here might be the answer...

This is underneath all of what is shown above. Flat piece welded in to cover the cavity left by the fold. Not parallel with the top lip.

This is the back of the bucket. You can just barely see where the welds are on the picture from inside. They are about 3.5 inches down. If I drilled below here, I could mount some bolt on hooks, but man, they'd be way, way down the back of the bucket!
