Tx Jim: The M16 is way too large for this particular hole.
Kcender: Good idea, but I just couldn't find one yesterday that would work. Not to say there isn't one, just didn't find it.
Baby Grand: I'm not in favor of the big box stores and unfortunately they are the only ones open past noon on Saturday. The M12 I bought from Lowes was a whopping $4.17 for one. I thought if someone knew the thread size I could call around and save time driving around searching.
What am I trying to do? I thought about making some kind of splash shields/fenders. During snow season I'm getting tired of all the spray coming from the wheels as I travel between my neighbors to clear their driveways. Thought I'd take advantage of the taped hole to mount the bracket. Only plan on keeping them in place when the snow blower is on.
Regards
