boring machine attachment?

Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a underground boring machine attachment for tractors. My dad is a commercial plumber and needs to bore a 2" hole about 15 feet across under a driveway. He ask me if I knew of something to put on the tractor to do this. Has anyone ever made a rig to to do anything like this?

About 9 years ago i built one when i was 14 I had the same need. to put a 1 3/4 inch water pipe under a 30 foot wide road. I took a hydraulic motor and put a sprocket and chain on it and turned a piece of pipe down to take a sprocket and 2 carrier bearings. The pipe had 2 inch pipe threads on the end and i made a frame to hold it all. I took a 2 inch pipe and cut a 3/8ths plate 5 inches long and 2 1/4 wide and put a poin on it. I slotted the 2 inch pipe and slid this point in the pipe. An older friend helped me build a hollow tube with oring fittings in each end and a hose adapter to go on the end of the sprocket. Then all we had to do was screw the pointed pipe on the end of the motors chain driven jack shaft. and hook the hose to it. I used my brothers dump trucks hydraulics to run the motor and hed push the back of the contraption with his backhoe and our water truck supplied the water. Every 10 feet wed unscrew the power unit and screw in another 10 foot pipe. The water flushes the holes out. It worked real good. We need the motor off it for a boom truck hoist so it was scrapped after a few jobs. I think it cost 45 dollars to build most of that was for new steel pipe sections. It came out within 5 inches of the intended target.
A man could take an HST tractor and make this fit the 3 point hitch and run it off his hydraulics.
