Many years ago, my wife and I came very close to buying a place a mile or so down the mountain from Cloudcroft. That part of New Mexico is a beautiful sight for a North East Texas flat land boy.

Thats not to promising, i got a pretty good bend in the rear lip, i think it was run into a stump. Any advice on straitening it out effectively? I need to get it fixed up. The pictures show it best.

I have has a 613 for a dozen years and mine has looked way worse.... still works like a champ though!

The skirt metal is pretty thin. When mine looks like that, I find a stump I can set it down on and just do a little light tugging with the tractor to get the metal headed in the right direction.

Another trick that works well for me is a big pipe wrench with a 5' pipe on the handle. close the jaws on the metal and bend back at the edge, inch by inch.

As long as the blades are not hitting the housing, it is all about looks anyway, and bush hogs are not ment to be pretty!
