Thanks for the prod JoelD. The fact is that it won't be delivered to my place till next week - probably Tuesday. I am going nutso waiting, but that's the way it is.

Did not buy a trailer, adding the BH without prior permission from SWMBO almost got me divorced so I drew the line before the trailer

I can't take delivery till Saturday. AAAAAAAAAAAAA. Darn busy time of the year! I think I'm going to have to take to some sort of "medication" to get through!

I may need some moral support guys!

P.S. Even SWMBO has come around to thinking this is a good thing that his happening!

Jimmyj, about 12 hours and counting.

If you can't make it, you can always sneak over to the dealer, jump the fence and sit on the machine and make vroom vroom sounds while bouncing up and down on the seat and pretending to turn the steering wheel, while drinking a dunkin donuts coffee, with your Kioti hat, t-shirt, and sweatshirt on.

And then, after 30 minutes or so, when you are climbing back over that fence, looking back fondly at what will be, you wipe back that tear and say, see you soon big guy, see you soon.

What.....no I've never done that....I was just thinking that's all....yeah, just thinking.

Here I am this morning standing in the cold waiting for my pal with the float trailer to show up. It's -20 celsius which is -4 farenheit and I've been ready for 1.5 hours. The dealer does not open until 9am but I could not sleep anyways.

JoelD, it's not the $ fine I would be worried about, it's the big giant german shepherd guard dog and the avid hunter dealer owner who lives about 100 yds from the place!!

I have a lot of snow from a big storm yesterday now too so I can get some excellent value from the tractor (this is how I talk to my wife about the tractor).

Truthfully I did consider driving it home (20 min by car but about an hour by tractor) in my full snowmobile gear but I figured I'd probably freeze. The dealer would have delivered it for free but ironically his truck is tied up.

30 minutes from departure and counting.....

I LOVE IT!

And it is snowing again today so there is yet another opportunity to get excellent value from the new Tractor! (Man, what a lot of snow already this year - it is a bit crazy).

This thing is great to drive, and powerful too. It will take a bit more practice to really get the finesse touch but the loader seems very good - strong and fast yet smooth, not touchy or jerky at all.

Please take note of the fine looking and very haute coutoure Kioti hat.

Your gonna love your new investment. What a great looking machine. I really like the Kioti orange, I think they are super sharp looking machines.

Be meticulous on your 50 hour service, be certain to change the filters (obviously oil and hydraulic, fuel probably not needed and where it's snowing you'll probably not need to do the air, Wallace has a nice filter package where you can order them all in one fell swoop).!!!

I really like the curved boom on the hoe, what a nice looking machine.

One thing for sure on KIOTI the loaders are strong.

Not sure how many pieces of equipment you've owned in the past, but take it from me, be really careful backing up with the hoe mounted, really easy to underestimate and hit stuff, like corner boards on houses and stuff. Same for driving past and turning, the hoe has a good swing radius on it and easy to hit stuff if you are not used to having one behind you.

Congratulations on the new tractor. I just happened to be on-line today when Alana mentioned you had decided to pull the trigger on a new tractor. Looks like we picked a good time to check in on you!!

I'm jealous of the backhoe!!! Please be sure to tell Alana how useful it is next time you get a chance.
