Have just started using a box blade, would like any helpful hints or tips to make learning faster. Just FYI: I have a Woods GB65 and so far I've used it to remove deep tire ruts in a field, smooth out the bottom and edges of a ditch, and spread a load of driveway rock.

Beavis:

Sounds like you are doing alright already with your new boxblade :D. Adjusting the top link to the needs of the task is the main challenge. Shortening the top link deepens scarifier penetration, transfers more weight to the front of the blade, and will raise the cutting edge for a more shallow cut. Lengthening the top link does the opposite. The more you use it the easier it becomes. Jay
