BOX SCRAPER?

Does anyone know who makes a box scraper with manual rippers that are all let down at once by way of a lever and indexed to various depths and what would one expect to pay for one? I have seen one before (48") but cannot remember the make and it was on a John Deere 20hp 4x4 (770). The only ones that I have seen for sale 48" and under that would work well on a smallish Yanmar have the rippers pinned to be let down individually one at a time with indexed retaining holes in each ripper blade. I hope this makes sense, the lever I am talking about was more like a handle about 18" long that stuck up on the box and by moving in one direction through indexed points, the rippers would move down until they were as far as they would go. Obviously, when the handle was all the way up the rippers were all the way up and out of the way.

I don't know the answer but did you check the TBN attachments forum? I bet there are 20 threads about box blades. There are guys out there who even post pictures and web addresses. Have you seen the Landpride rig that has a scarifier which you can hitch a landscape rake to. Looks like it would be real good for smoothing and leveling.

Sounds to me like you are describing a Gannon. They are about the best box scrapers out there.

I did check and do a search on the attachment forum and saw alot of discusssion about box scrapers but no references to where one could find the type of box that I am describing. I will check the Gannons.
