Yellowdog if u like the bobcat head you can get teeth from quadco, they just came out with teeth for the bobcat/fecon head and asv/fecon head. Have chippers and carbides I bet the quadco carbides are alot cheaper an the best part is there double sided so you'll get twice the time out of them.

dealer can't/won't demo a Bobcat head for me. I won't buy one without a demo.

but that's good info. maybe I can look for used one that someone will demo.

They all get dull with a little mulching. Stick with the FAE, buy the new motor, maybe re paint the frame and you'll fall in love all over again. You've already put the money out once no sense in doing it again.

go with fecon, i like fae, but seems to leave the mulch stringy
