I took delivery of my 6065 on Friday 8/3/18 and when it was unloaded I noticed a hydraulic leak on the back where the backhoe was connected and guessed it to be a bad quick connect and I also noticed they had forgotten to widen the tires out (now they are full of fluid so I can稚 do it myself) so I called the dealer and they sent out their service truck on Monday they widen the tires and check about the leak. They hydraulic level was low so they added more oil and replaced the quick connector and we worked the loader and backhoe trying to make sure all air was out of the system. I used the backhoe and loader to clean out my cattle guard as well as hauled off a few loads of composting old hay so the hydraulics were used constantly for 3 hours after they left. The problem is that the loader still struggles the lid the front end off the ground and it drifted off about 3 feet in 20 to 30 min with my box blade as weight on the pallet forks. The outriggers on the backhoe will drift off while digging and I知 constantly having to put pressure back on them and the backhoe just has no downward pressure that speak of and when it has a load on it when you push the lever to raise it the boom will actually drop 6 to 10 inches before going back up. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this or what could be done to fix it? The dealer is trying to figure it out and they seam as frustrated as I am about the situation but like me they have no answers so any help would be appreciated. 476BC36F-8481-4C01-B6D2-5C7F60E0F26D.jpeg9BCBD29E-7CBF-418C-8B8D-B8E596649ACE.jpeg37ED5BCA-C9EE-4DE0-A093-CA2ABB66EEC4.jpeg

I asked about that and the service truck guy swears that it just wouldn’t work at all if they were reversed. How would I know what one is reversed when I have 6 connections on the loader and 2 on the backhoe? Just start switching them and see if it makes a difference?

I agree with the service guy, don't just randomly switch hoses.

The first thing is to run a pressure test on the hydraulic system.

Boom dropping when commanding lift is a "load check valve" sticking .

Its obviously something pretty "central" to the hydraulic system if it is affecting the FEL, 3-point, back hoe and outriggers. If they don't have an answer and can not correct it - ask them to contact corporate engineering. I wonder why this condition was not detected when they did their pre-delivery inspections.

I agree that it has to be something central to the hydraulic system because of it affecting FEL and back hoe. They have said that the corporate engineers are going to be in my state this week sometime and they are going to talk to then about my problem and see what they have to say about it. My big thing is that I just spend a lot of money on a brand new tractor and equipment and I'm pretty upset that I have a tractor that doesn't work right and needs worked on before I can even use it properly. For the money spent they either need to get it fixed asap or send me a new tractor that actually works right. I should get what I payed for (a new tractor that works properly and doesn't need worked on) right?

I will ask them to look into that as well as have them do a pressure test. I'm taking notes from what everyone is suggesting and going to make them test everything that all of you suggest to me. I appreciate everyone giving me different ideas and things to check. I'm going to leave no stone unturned until this problem is made right or they give me a different tractor.

Was the BH factory installed or dealer installed?:confused3: Make sure your dealer gets the factory DSM involved.

I know how I would feel - were I in your position. I don't have sufficient Valium to keep me out of grey bar city. By the way - DSM= district service manager.

At this point - I would definitely ring in the whole troupe - including their three ring circus. There is NO excuse for this to happen.

Try to keep your cool - - going nuclear probably will not help.
