I should know better than to join this conversation... but ... the wording of the notice:
"Hot coolant can spray out onto consumers from the _overheated and pressurized coolant reservoir tank_, posing a burn hazard."
The concern is possible overheating (maybe...) and pressurization of the overflow bottle, not the radiator/engine. The issue - if any - is that someone inspecting/removing the plugged cap on a pressurized and overfilled bottle could get a face full of hot coolant.
Thanks for posting the link and warning. Thankfully my
BX24 is not on the list and my GR was built prior to the problem - and I just checked the caps for correct venting.
