Thanks Chipperman.
Actually that was my post (halw)asking Century 3045 about the loader.
Now is a good opprotunity for me to thank you and all the others "in the know" for your relentless help in solving problems for us less "in the know". I have reached a point in my shopping for a tractor that the time has come to buy, after lusting for a Century (C38 up)while I saved up, now they are gone, I know the Bransons are the same and you did answer my post that the Century loaders are available on the Bransons but dang.......after all this time of wanting a Century I am still going to try to find one, hopefully in the Central Texas area and then branch out from there. I have received a good price from an out of state dealer but I would have to add another $1500 or more on to the price of the tractor for shipping, then it dont look so attractive anymore. The bad thing is that most of the dealers that did have Century (on the net)have already changed their websites, some may have some left but I have no way to tell by "surfin".
But like they say shopping is half the fun, I may wind up with a Branson only time will tell.
Again thanks for everyones help. Hal.

Century 3045,
Thanks I appreciate it, in a couple of weeks I may need to send out an SOS for help.
Speaking of 3045, I missed one here locally with the HL loader, it only had 112 hours, it looked brand new, I dont think the loader was even used, it sold for $14,000.!! I go to bed sobbing every night.H.

Not to be a high-jacker...

But Chipperman are you sure that all C-50HL's are skid steer compatible ??

Mine is a 2003-2004 and was told that this was not the case..

I sure hope I was told wrong... how can I tell??

Thanks

Maybe I can help in the mean time. If my memory serves me right the early C50HL'S did not come with a skid steer pattern, We had to buy adaptors from Horst out of Canada, I believe that all of the C50HL's over the past 16 months or so were standard with the universal bobattach type pattern

Shifty may be correct but are you sure you have a C-50HL and not a C-50? he decal on the loader boom should say one or the other. If you have two levers across the top of the mount it is the skidsteer style mount if you have one pull handle on the side it is not.
Hope that helps.

Hey, Branson will now be offering Skid steer options on the BL20 LOADER. It is a new option and availability is very limited at this time. See your local dealer and they should be able to locate you one or at least get it on order.
I would suggest buying the Branson with this option and rely on the local dealer to support it both short term and long term as well. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

OK, a WAYYyyyy old thread & maybe I should have started a new one, but if anyone subscribed to this one there is a good chance of an answer (-:

Anyway, from a few other discussions about "self leveling" and just sort of looking at my Humpo 50HL loader the other day, I got to wondering about what it might take to parallelogram it (Yeah, casting a noun as a verb again).
The extra set of holes probably stimulated me to think that MAYBE this frame is also used for a self-leveling version.
I was imagining a pair of triangular brackets that would go atop of the lift arms and relocation of the bucket cylinder..... I have seen Kioti and JD self-levelers that kinda/sorta worked that way.

So, anyone know about a self leveling version of this loader ?
Anyone know if mine could be "converted" with the mere addition of (bolt on) parts ?
I say "bolt on" because I know there is a lot of Imagineering talent here and almost anything is possible with the bright blue wrench & bright blue knife.

Other than a design mistake I have to believe there is SOME reason for that extra set of holes.
