Breeze inside Curtis cab

/ Breeze inside Curtis cab #11
I had a Curtis cab on a B2910 I had and the cab was drafty and I was thankful for that.
The heater would drive you out of the cab even if you had it on low, I had to leave the fan off to be able to wear a jacket in the cab.
Even with the fan off it radiated more than enough heat passively to keep the windows clear.
Are you sure it is working as it should.
I have seen others here say it is too hot for them also.

Ditto.. I usually leave the back cover off mine. If the weather gets too cold I'll put it on, but still will want some outside air getting inside.. A tractor with a cab is a small area to heat, and my heater makes it toasty warm. ;)

So do you put it back on in the summer or do you leave it off and install a screen or just leave it off?

I leave mine off.If you look at my air screen .KUBOTA has manufactered the screen on the bottom too,so it protects from when you suck from the bottom also.

I had a B2100 with a curtis cab and I could not stand the noise of the doors rattling when I was in it. So I put foam weather strip between the doors and the cab. It also took some of the draft away.

I used heavy rubber mudflaps and cut them to fit under the controls and that cut the draft down quite a bit. Plus I did the thing where you pull out that piece and cover the air intake. Now I need to figure out under the seat. Any ideas on the best way to close that off?

Igot a welding blanket under there first incase something might be hot. Then a thick peice of flexiblw rubber floormat to stop any draft.A thick rug with vinyl back would worktoo i think
