Briggs & Stratton 445677 help needed

Well, as a long time lurker, I have used this site to narrow down the problems my Briggs has suffered.

I is a 24 Intek with the valve guide issue.

Parts arrived yesterday and the mower has almost made it back together.....as I said..almost.

I have an issue with the spring that activates the throttle and governor. It just won't align properly to activate the throttle.

I have one picture of the assembly and can see everything but the position of the spring on the governor lever. It has a slot in it that I am sure the spring came out of.....but no matter how it goes togeher, something isn't right and I can't get te throttle to work properly.

Any parts diagrams I have brought up show the individual pieces, but not howthey are oriented.

If anyone has a picture of that assembly, it would be greatly appreciated.

I could post pics if anyone thinks that may help....

This is really close...but his pic of the engine shows the bracket where the throttle and choke cables attach.. behind that bracket is the governor spring connection......and I can't see it in his pics!
