You could always try checking here. This company seems to be the parent company of Marlow Pumps. Marlow Obsolete Products - ITT CONTROLS

They are located in the Netherlands, but on the contact page, they do have an email address. I copied, and am pasting that email addy here: contact@ittcontrols.com You can copy, and paste in the address bar of your email, and make a request. They may have an archive of old manuals, both parts, and owners they could send back via email, or give a link to it. I have found that most companies are glad to be helpful. A big help is to give a good description, or model a number of the pump would clinch it, if they do have archives.. A few minutes to write, and send an email may find you exactly what you're looking for, maybe more than you expected..!!

Thanks for all the comments and suggestions. I think I have found the carb.
Briggs and Stratton :D11--99 - Briggs & Stratton Horizontal Engine (2) Carburetor Assemblies Diagram and Parts List | PartsTree.com

I have ordered another jet that may work p/n 299059. The part I need is 117, but I ordered 681 as an assembly. See part 96A? If the drawing is correct, then that is the defining part for my carb. Parts should be here Dec. 11th so I should find out if I can get this thing running. Hope the diaphragm and flapper valves are still good. A new diaphragm is over $200.00

I will be contacting the company for a manual

Thanks again

Russell

This advice may not be what you are looking for but I've often found that going online and ordering a new carb is very cost effective vs taking the time to fix the old one.

That is what I do as soon as I know my problem is the carb. Seems I can never get the jets perfectly clean and new carbs can be pretty cheap depending on the carb. Sometimes only about $25 to $30

Those lil 2 & 3 hp carbs are basically all the same. Pulsajet diaphram along with the fuel mixture screws will be what you need. They're all the same. I know what your going thru to find parts for the old style B&S engines. I'm refrub'n a gokart simple yard-cart and have several 5 hp engines trying to fing carb parts for at least one to get er going.

Are you 110% sure there is not a part number on it?

The 2-3 hose early Briggs engines with the shallow fuel tank had the Vacu-jet carb with one dip tube that sucked fuel directly out of the tank to the jet. The 5 horse and newer type engines have the Pulsa-jet carb with 2 dip tubes, one tube goes to the bottom of the deeper tank and it has a pulsed pump that pumps fuel to a bowl in the top of the tank and a second tube goes to the jet from that upper bowl, so as fuel level in the tank goes down the carb does not lean out with the fuel level dropping like the Vacu-jet did.
