Broken already!

your welcome. When i was young there was land i considered ugly and worthless but now being older and wiser i find no land ugly except that which has been raped by man. The last few i have taken to spending time in the desert learning how much life and beauty there is there if one takes the time to relax and blend in. The picture above was in Putnam valley Oregon.

I spent 2 1/2 years in the Desert. Much of that I slept outside. There is Soul touching beauty and calmness there.

Army. Hated many of those days. Wouldn't trade them for anything.

chuckle, my first time was as a kid enticed by an old guy i worked for to go out into the Nevada desert to look over some kind of mine he was thinking of investing it. I was 19 at the time and the bleak stark loneliness of the desert hit me hard for a few days and then i got into it and it remains one of my favorite memories and taught me to love remote places
