Broken bracket BX2200

Anyone ever hear of the bracket that holds the front wheel drive shaft breaking ? I had a catastrophic failure of mine where the bracket broke completely through on one side and left the corner of the other side bearing the load. It cracked off at the corner where it is bolted to the frame.
I was mowing where I usually do and didn't hit anything.
