Are you saying that only the spool was worn.

How about the bore and unsymmetrical wear pattern.

Un-equal wear throughout the bore, one might re-bore and go oversize on the spool and match things up to a .0002 in precision.

Thats what npalen said he did. .0002 might just be a little tight, I would guess more like .0003 to .0005 that should keep it from locking up from the heat.

Jim. I received your email with the file that was viewable in Autodesc Design Software. I exported the design to PDF software as well as put the original file into a zip file which is one of the allowable attachments.
