Has anyone built or know of an implement that will work for pulling up white brush by the roots. I am in south Texas in a sandy loam soil. Am I pretty much limited to a root plow? I have used the FEL to little success, I have used the brush hog on a small area and am left with countless pointed stobs.
Any ideas?

Something along the lines of the first pic might work adapted to the FEL. I know chain and the others wont work.
The brush is like 20-40 pencil diameter shutes coming out of a root pack, if that makes sense?

Thank you Sir! I do believe thats the answer, I can see that working out for me. Ya know I made something similar for smoothing out the caliche pad at work with fork lifts when pot holes form by trucks/ equipment useage.. An attachement, angle iron cut in "V" like that to "loosen" the caliche, then flip it over for the smooth side to blade the caliche smooth/ fill in low spots.

Just thinking out loud here, that same style attachment could be used on the top side of the bucket for breaking off tree limbs up high.

What type loader mount? this would be fairly simple. get the mount, build a rigid frame, attach rect tube vert. 3x2x1/4 at 6-10" centers, drill 3/4" holes for pins, and use ripper shanks for a box blade.

let me know if you need help invisioning this discription.
