Brush hog

I am looking for a brush hog that I will still have in 25 years, in the 6 foot size. Does anyone have legitimate feedback on the everything attachments brush hog. I am leaning towards it 1 because my grapple is awesome, 2 because woods landpride and all the othe locally available mowers are completely garbage. Ea hasn't let me down with my wicked 60 and I think there brush hog may be the best bang for the buck

Few companies put the time, effort and quality materials in that EA does. If any company will last like that it's them. Big box store units and big name brand at value prices skimp on quality materials to get you the price point. I have a JD cutter that's 50 years old and still kicking. I wouldn't touch a modern JD cutter at all for the problems Ive seen here and on the internet.

I'm impressed. I note they also carry King Kutter but theirs appears to be even heavier. I've had my King Kutter rotary mower for fifteen years and I can see it easily making it through at least fifteen more. The EA rotary cutter looks even heavier - and you can even get in in Kubota orange!!

The EA would be good I'm sure. Not sure if they sell them in your area but I recently bought a Modern Ag 6' Super Sunshine. Was looking at others but the MA had several features others did not and was the same price for similar weight machines.

It is galvanized vs painted, the deck and sidewalls are 3/16 steel, fully welded. The gear box plate is 3/8. Came with a slip clutch and has a 3 year warranty on the gear box and 10 year rust through warranty. Also QH compatible. Weighs right at 900 lbs with the QH compatible frame.

If they sell them in your area they are worth a look. They are also USA made in Texas.
