Hi all
I needed a brush rake since you really can't fit much in a bucket. My first try was made out of some 6x6s I had laying around. They did OK but just not enough strength. I have a lot of 3/4" rod that was used for strapping for an old water tank so I decided to weld something up. Worked way better but as you can tell from the first picture they still were not strong enough.
So here is the latest creation I tripled up the forks and added some more cross pieces. I still don't think the are strong enough to root stuff out but will work well for moving small logs and brush.

I'm not a welder, yet, or that's exactly what I would've done :thumbsup:

Instead I bought a brush fork that bolts to my bucket. The teeth are 1"x1" solid steel, but they still bend pretty easily - I gotta remember not to get too crazy with my diggin'.

Looks goodk for brush but from my experience i think it will get bent if you happen to catch anything very big with it.
