I wouldn't use the bolt on types on my DX simply due to the very long lever arm that would result from carrying things out in front of the bucket which is already about 4 or 5 inches in front of the loader arms due to the QA setup and the lift arms on the CNH loaders place the whole thing pretty far forward to begin with. If I had forks on the front of the bucket and no weight on the back I think I could almost stand the thing on it's nose picking up one cement block on the end of the forks!
I plan to weld up some QA brackets to weld to the carry-all. It looks to be a pretty simple proposition, presuming my welds are up to the job. The factory plate has bends where I will have welds, but I think that's more for production expediency than anything else.
