Bucket hook weld on points

/ Bucket hook weld on points #31
Can anyone point me to a prior discussion on mounting a 2" receiver on the bucket of a FEL?
There are many posts about adding a receiver to the bucket. Use the Google search tool at the top right of the forums page. Here's a pic of one I added a few years ago. I did weld on extra 3/16" angle and 3/16" flat plate to weld the receiver to. Bucket metal by itself was too thin by itself. I haven't put a hitch on my current tractors bucket. I use the QA on my 3 pt. hitch for moving trailers around.

I ended up buying a Titan screw-on 2" receiver mount that attaches just like my pallet forks. Mounting them on top of the bucket I decided was to high for a few of my trailers. Thanks for the help though.

Welding a receiver to the top of the bucket seems not great to me, after I did it (based on many positive reviews here). It is just too high up for a normal drop drawbar (~4"). And if you get a deeper(?) drop drawbar, then you can't see it very well. Those who have made something that sticks out a bit and keys off the bottom or cutting edge of the bucket seem to be onto a better idea. My $0.02
