bucket problem

I have a Kabota l3034 all at once the bucket won't tilt up it went down and stays there

Disconnect then reconnect all your hydraulic connector fittings. One may only look seated.

What were you doing before it happened?

Reset or replace the QD's.

I was moving snow and the cable was moving stiff and then the bucket wouldn't come up

If the valve is cable operated, then definitely check the cable movement.
