Yeah - I started to think about that - snow and mud, a rock stuck in the tread...

I was also trying to recall how loaded down my tractor was the couple of times I took it into my garage with the 8' door. Maybe unloaded I lose that inch...

Glad I made the change.

Winter rudely interrupted progress. Actually, we have been fortunate with a very mild autumn and the first deep freeze and snow has come later than I recall from other years. But of course, with mild weather in the forecast, one adds new tasks onto the list and the original ones get pushed down ...

Floor was partially prepped when the decision to tarp it over was made. Milder weather is returning so hoping for the pour for the floor and the slab outside the overhead door in the next week or so.

Just make sure that the slab doesn't freeze after the pour! They says 28 days is needed for full cure, but at least 2 weeks should give you a fighting chance.
