bumper pull vs goose neck

Yes truck has 2.5" spacers in the front so that contributes to the perceived sag in the rear. I do have an "add-a-leaf" put on the rear. I'll see how it looks with the tractor loaded Saturday or Sunday.

I think the idea of air bags is a good one Your trailer is NICE I like the drive over wheels
My fifth wheel tilt bed is a Real pain when hauling things like cars...- have to climb out the window once on the trailer because the doors hit the trailer fenders.

Only thing that is a question for me looking at the trailer is an appearance the wheels are a bit farther back than some others, with a good sized CUT parked centered it looks like the tongue weight could be a bit more than some other trailers.
No big deal, Just thinking May need to tie the tractor down a bit more rear ward to get the tongue weight where the F-150 is Happy.

Dang. Thats the kind of trailer I am looking for. Just cannot seem to find much near me and/or reasonably priced.

Thanks, this was around $5500, I looked at the PJ and they were around $6500 but had powder coat. I know for most people that is a plus but like to be able to weld stuff on and then just hit it back with paint.

Thanks! I pulled my tractor back home this afternoon and had the forks on. I had them flat on the trailer and almost touching the front and it seemed to pull well. I値l post a picture when I get on a computer.

I did measure the height of the Rear fender well though.

no trailer: 40
Empty trailer: 38-1/4
With tractor loaded: 36 (appx 6,500 lbs tractor or 10,500lbs tractor + trailer).
Truck only with 1000 lbs in bed: 38

Take and post again next time but do the front rise along with the rear drop. That tells you more than the rear alone.

Are you applying your weight distribution at that amount of rear drop?

My GN doesn't cause the front of my truck to lift. Only lowers the rear. The ball is slightly ahead of the rear axle.

I thought he was referring to a bumper pull....
