Bush hog numbers

I found numbers for my Bush hog brand rotary cutter its a model #105 with a ser# 30446. Any ideas when this bad boy was made? Its a 5 footer and works like a champ. Really just wondering if its older than I am. Thanks

Oh by the way it's almost completely square. Most bush hog brands seem to have the front or back rounded, Not this one all right angles. Cant seem to find another one like it.

Mine is model 105 serial # 251 (mine is probabally a little older:laughing

Yep that's it so there is at lest 2 of them! How do you tell how old they are? Later today I am going to sharpen the blades on mine. First time in at lest 25 years they have been sharpened. Going to sharpen them on the hog as I am afraid taking them off might be more trouble than I want right now. This winter fresh paint maybe new blades and a total restore of it. Thanks

I am not sure how to age them other than calling bushhog direct and giving them that info and they can tell you.

If I think about it, I'll call them on monday and ask them. Because you have now got me wondering how old mine is. I'll run your serial # by them as well.
