Cylinder 25H42433
Seal Kit 90939

I ordered the seal kit from Bush hog to rebuild the cylinder and the larger O-rings are obvious where they go. But I am perplexed on where the smaller O-rings are to be installed. I just now started to disassemble the cylinder any guidance would be appreciated.

where the hoses hook in?
I thought the same thing But there are no O-rings in the existing hose connections. Basically what I have done is replaced every a ring that I have pulled out but I still have several left over. So I can only assume the kid has some extras in case there are different cylinder options.

In the picture the O-rings that are on the wood are the ones that were pulled from the cylinder, the O-rings on the paper is what is left over from the kit.

I am putting it back together now Hopefully it will work out. :)

I am making a big assumption that whomever rebuilt these last time, if they have been rebuilt, did it correctly.

Well.... It is back together, functional and no leaks.

If it works that is what matters. Hope it stays that way.

I think I have the same kit as yours and I think maybe this kit is used for more than the cylinder you have. I haven't taken mine apart yet. Is there any kind of locks on the end cap of the cylinder or does it just screw off?

Well it didn't stay that way... ;)

The same cylinder started leaking this fall. Not as bad as originally but bad enough that I have to take it apart again. Not sure what I did wrong the first time, if I did anything wrong at all.....

SAE fittings use O rings- maybe that was why they were included, if they had been used at some point?
